Blooms By Lo is a design studio, not a traditional flower shop. All orders are made-to-order and must be placed in advance through our website or via custom inquiry.

By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.

Events

Our main focus is full-service event florals for private and branded events.

We have a $800 minimum spend for full service, custom florals.

If you'd like to inquire about having us provide florals for your event, please fill out our Event Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch shortly.

If your event budget is less than $800, you can order flowers via our à la carte web shop.

Pickup & Delivery

Blooms By Lo offers both pickup and local delivery within our service area. Delivery timing is provided as a window and cannot be guaranteed to an exact hour.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate delivery information. If no one is available to receive the order, arrangements will be left in a safe location when possible. We are not responsible for damage due to weather, theft, or conditions outside of our control.

Flower Care & Quality

Flowers are perishable and require proper care. With proper handling, arrangements are expected to last several days, depending on the flower type.

If you experience a quality issue, please reach out within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with photos. Approved issues may be eligible for replacement at our discretion. We do not offer refunds.

Final Sale

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on personal preference, color selection, or change of mind.

Order Timing

We do not accept last-minute or same-day orders.

All bouquet and custom orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Event bookings require advance notice and are subject to availability.

Design Style

All arrangements are created in Blooms By Lo’s style.

We do not replicate exact designs, but you can send inspiration. Each piece is made using seasonal and market-available blooms, with a focus on color, quality, and overall aesthetic.

Studio Schedule & Ordering

Blooms By Lo operates on a made-to-order schedule and does not offer daily service. Bouquet orders are fulfilled Wednesday through Sunday.

All orders must be placed in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and do not offer same-day service.

Cancellations & Changes

  • All bouquet orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed

  • Event deposits are non-refundable

  • Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability

We do not accommodate last-minute changes or revisions.
