Delivery FAQ + Policies
Delivery Date + Time
Blooms By Lo offers local delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Our calendar is always up to date—if a date appears unavailable, we are either booked or have reached delivery capacity.
Delivery is provided within an 11:00 AM – 6:00 PMwindow and cannot be guaranteed to an exact time.
Need a Specific Delivery Time?
If you require your flowers at a specific time, we recommend selecting studio pickup at checkout and arranging for an Uber Messenger or courier service to pick them up on your behalf. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do this so we can ensure a smooth handoff.
House Deliveries
Our team hand-delivers all arrangements to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Upon arrival, they will knock or ring the doorbell and wait up to 5 minutes.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers, or notify your recipient to expect a delivery. If no one answers, the flowers will be left in a safe location near the door.
A courtesy email will be sent (to the contact provided at checkout) once the flowers have been delivered.
While our courier will always do their best to place arrangements in a shaded, secure area, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, theft, or other circumstances beyond our control once delivery is completed.
Condo / Apartment Deliveries
Each building has its own delivery policies, and we follow the building’s procedures at all times. Most properties require that deliveries be left with the front desk or reception.
Blooms by Lo is not responsible for flowers once they have been left with reception or building staff.
If the delivery address is within a gated community without a lobby attendant, please provide the gate code at checkout or be available to answer calls from security. Inability to safely deliver the arrangement because we are not granted access into the community will result in a redelivery fee.
Delivery Addresses + Information
Please double-check that the delivery address and recipient contact information entered at checkout are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a delivery attempt is made to an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, an additional delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.
Flower Quality & Guarantee
We are extremely committed to providing you the most fresh, beautiful florals and we shop all of our flowers the morning of your delivery. Still, fresh flowers are extremely delicate and require proper care.
With proper care, we guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 48 hours from the pickup or delivery date.
Always keep your vase filled with water. 9 out of 10 times, flowers die early because the water level was too low.
We recommendtopping off the water every morningto keep stems fully hydrated, and replacing the water every few days.
Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources for the longest vase life.
DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR
If you have done all of the above and your flowers have not survived:
Contact us within 48 hours of your pickup or delivery date at hello@bloomsbylo.com
Include a detailed description of the issue andclear photos of the flowers.
If a valid quality issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement arrangement.
